Automatic Rotary Spray Carousel

In response to an enquiry for a machine for preparing large volumes of small automotive brake components for encasing in rubber, we designed and produced a fully automated, 12 station spray carousel. The machine automatically loads, primes, dries, glues, dries and unloads the two small components every 6 seconds. To cope with the demands of just-in-time production, wearing parts were designed to be easily replaceable, and operation as simple as possible.

Minivac vacuum press

For smaller applications such as woodworking and other crafts, we produce the minivac vacuum press. This press works on the same principle as any other vacuum press, but on a smaller scale and is ideal for low volume, high quality, specialist applications. The minivac vacuum press comes with a range of options including mains electric supply.
