Heat and Vacuum
Applicators or presses use atmospheric pressure to
draw a flexible rubber blanket over the substance to
be pressed. This system is the most flexible, cost
effective vacuum pressing system available.

Vacuum Forming
presses can be used to press, form and mould panels
and plastic sheeting, and to hot drape carbon fibre.
The flexible rubber blanket on the vacuum press can
handle return edges and other awkward shapes, while
controlled heating softens the panel under the
blanket.

Platen presses can
apply higher pressures than the vacuum press and are
used for more robust applications. They can be
hydraulically or pneumatically operated and simply
press between rigid platens.

Nip rollers are used
in many applications including our unique gluing
lines. Panels are bonded in a few minutes requiring
only momentary pressure rather than the conventional
hour long pressing time.
