The vacuum
press can form and cure curved and shaped panels made from layers of
plywood or composites. A highly flexible membrane and efficient vacuum
circuit exerts a strong and even pressure. The heating circuit can also assists
on thermoforming and provides a fast cure for most adhesive systems.

Veneers can
be formed and bonded to a variety of substrates. The membrane is
flexible enough to form around most complex shapes and will handle
return edges. Tooling is simple and is most often made in your own
woodworking shop. We offer advice on the design and manufacture of
tools.
